We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery — as long as it's unused, unworn, and still in its original packaging.
2. Starting a Return
Getting started is simple: send us an email at elvaromilano@gmail.com with your order number and a short note on why you're returning it. We'll walk you through the next steps from there.
3. Shipping It Back
Returns are shipped at the customer's expense. We recommend packing the item securely and using a trackable shipping method — once it's in transit, we're unable to take responsibility for loss or damage along the way.
4. What Happens Next
As soon as your return arrives, we'll take a look and confirm whether it meets our return conditions. You'll hear back from us by email either way. If everything checks out, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 14 days.
5. Exchanges
