Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship within Germany and to all European Union member states.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
For deliveries within Germany and the European Union, all prices displayed include applicable VAT in accordance with EU regulations. No additional customs duties apply for shipments within the EU.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at elvaromilano@gmail.com with your order number and, where possible, photographic evidence of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Your Consumer Rights
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details on how to exercise this right.
